CGI: Mastering CGI Engagement Delivery

Mastering CGI Engagement Delivery Training Program! Engagement delivery is a core element to CGI business.  Regardless of your role, Project Manager (PM), Service Delivery Manager (SDM), or Engagement Manager (EM), YOU are responsible for your engagement. You must deliver on CGI’s commitments to our three stakeholders (client, members and shareholders) to strengthen and improve CGI delivery from start to finish.  This training program is designed to increase awareness of the ‘CGI way’ to perform engagement delivery. This training program uses blended learning; starting with these eLearning modules, followed by instructor led training conducted by local Engagement Assessment Services (EAS) Business Partners (BPs).
